I was a first time home buyer and had no idea where to begin in the mortgage process. My Realtor gave me some information suggested Jenny from Ross Mortgage. From start to finish she was absolutely amazing! I am a full time employee and a full time student so my hours of availability were pretty slim. My realtor showed me a house (now my home!!!) on a Sunday afternoon. I fell in love with it and wanted to write an offer but didn't have a pre-approval letter yet. Jenny, on a Sunday evening, finished my letter for me and sent it so I could place an offer. This wasn't the last time she went above and beyond to help. Every step of the way Jenny and other Ross Mortgage employees made sure that I fully understood what was happening, what was needed, and what the next steps would be. My closing was set at near the end of the year and even though Jenny had a vacation coming up, she didn't stop working to get my loan closed or put anything off for her convenience. She made me feel like her number one priority. She worked diligently and I was clear to close a week and a half early. I kept my original closing date (due to work and school planning) and told Jenny to enjoy her time away. She stayed in touch even on vacation via text and a call on the closing day to make sure that I understood what was happening, knew where my realtor and I were meeting for the closing, and to congratulate me on my new home. From start to finish I felt like I received royal treatment. There's not enough stars for my recommendation for Ross Mortgage and Jenny Miller.
